Gellert Hotel

Description:	4 Star, First Class Traditional Hotel The hotel is located under Gellert Hill on the Buda side of the banks of Danube. This is a very famous area with pleanty to do and see nearby. The rooms of the hotel vary considerably in shape, size, decoration, furnishings and style. All rooms are traditional and clean, some have new carpeting. There are three main styles of bathrooms. The oldest have floral tiles and archaic plumbing. The intermediate have 70's green tiling with old plumbing. The newest are tiled in white. The hotel is particularly famous for its spa baths and thermal facilities. They are among the most famous in Hungary. In summer the outdoor baths with sun bathing area and wave machines prove extremely popular with locals. The interior is very much like a Sanatorium.
