Fortuna Hotel

Budapest fortuna hotel photo
Description: 3 Star, Superior Tourist Class Modern Hotel

The hotel is located close to a metro station giving easy access to the centre of town about 10-15 minutes' metro ride away. Access to the hotel is to go through the entrance arch next to Mc Donald's HQ and turn immediately right. There is a lift and stairway clearly signposted to the lobby which is upstairs.

5 kms to city centre
20 kms to the nearest airport (ferihegy)
2 minute walk to the nearest metro station (nagyvarad ter)
3 km to the nearest station (keleti)

The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. They vary in size. This property does welcome groups of all ages, but strictly spearates the more youthful elements from those rooms occupied by those travelling with less frivololity in mind. The hotel is split in two and the reception and bar area separates the two interst groups adequately. Bar and reception are manned day and night.

A basic, functional property offering little more than a comfortable bed and nutrtious breakfast. It does what it claims to do, nothing more or less.
